The only guide you'll ever need to achieve optimum health - AND IT'S FREE!


Welcome to my new Blog where I will share with you with the most effective and natural methods you can use towards achieving optimum physical health. This guide is intended to provide you with easy to use information that was distilled from countless books, articles, forums and most importantly, personal experiece. To have success with anything in life is hard work but with the right tools & information as well as a few good tips all it really takes is willpower!

You have to convince yourself that you need to take action to acomplish your goals. It is a decision you make and you just start and do it! No if or buts, no excuses. This is your life, your body and you need to look after it.
Depending on how you look at it, we live in crazy, exciting, cofusing, stressful, abundant or poor times, the modern era. With all it's synthetic products, diet fads, a pill for every problem. Well I don't know if you know that not so long ago, in some civilisations people used to live well into their 100's and used to die peacefully, not by cancer, dis-ease or heart attacks...

Those people had no modern (chemical) medicine, doctors or factory-processed food. No advanced health products, creams, lotions, soaps, gels, sprays, injections. They lived off the land and in harmony with nature. Beings of the universe with health, prosperity, happiness and personal power. Most of us today are but shadows of them - And I say that with the utmost respect for my fellow human beings, including myself. I do not intend offending anybody, but honestly speaking that is the truth for many of us and we need to get away from the TV, get up from our couches and go out into the world and live our lives to the fullest!

Now I don't want to scare you here, I am no extreme health freak or new-age nutter, just a regular guy, living in a moden city who has discovered a lost lifestyle, if you will...

I am going to write a series of as-easy-as-it-gets to follow articles with tips that you can apply to achieve the results you desire, whether it be:

- Losing weight (Or gaining weight if you need to! Basically achieving your optimal weight.)
- A crystal clear mind.
- Healthy digestive system.
- Fully functional metabolism.
- Balanced endocrine system.
- Healthy and glowing skin!
- Name it, and I will add it to this list!

How is this possible? Well if you live healthy by applying a few principles and rules by which you live, you basically allow your body to do it's job - which is healing, balancing, constructing. Our bodies are the most advanced system in the universe and give it what it needs to perform optimally and you'll be amazed at the results.

I gave it a try about a year ago and I lost 20kg's in about 2 months! I was blown away!

Forget about products that are advertised to produce miraculous results without you having to do much but swallow a couple of pills every day. You have to work hard to get good results - at ANYTHING in life - right? Right! But you can make it easy and fun by following some good advice and effective tips.

You have to stick to the program and like I said, it only takes willpower. It might seem difficult the first 2 or 3 days, but come-on! Seriously, a few days days and you are into the routine feeling the benifits right away! You'll spend minimal cash (Basically on food, a few vitamin supplements and exercise equipment or gym fees) in achieving this, but we'll take it slowly, one step at a time.

Unfortunately with the poor quality and genetically mofied fresh produce in our modern society you can't get away from having to take some vitamin and mineral supplements. This is the only part of my program where you'll be taking "synthietic" products. Synthetic vitamins are chemically identical to natural vitamins in  most cases (except for some, like vitamin E for example - where you get a group of 4 natural substances that make up natural vitamin E and 4 synthetic substances that make up synthetic vitamin E. Also, in most cases the synthetic products actually work better and are hermetically clean and safe to use. Most natural vitamin supplements are prone to beinng impure or can actually be chemically slightly different from the real original vitamin because of genetic modification of  the plants and animals as well as the conditions and season they were grown or kept. Extracting vitamins from these "natural" sources can not always guarantee a clean, safe and accurate product.
In my first article I will start with the first step, which is also he easiest. Although it is about following a specific diet - the way we are supposed to eat any way, every day of our lives. The article will focus on cleaning out your digestive systems, from your stomach right through to your anus :))

No level of success can be achieved and sustained if our digestive systems aren't clean and functionaing properly. This is the most important part of the whole program. Call it the biggest secret! People focus on brain supplemens (or medicine like anti-depressants and sleeping medication), weight-loss diets and pills, etc. But simply cleaning out your digestive system is the single most important and rewarding experience you will ever have towards your optimal health! I will reveal some startling facts and you will be surprised at what can come out of your digestive system when you cleanse it. Some of the stuff that will come out could have been sitting in your digestive system for months!

A clean digestive system will ensure a clean lympatic system. Impurities and blockages in the lymphatic system is the cause of nost diseases and illnesses. The rest can be attributed to genetic problems inherited as a child or developed with an unhealthy lifestyle.
